Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Special Task Coordinator to join the Planning Blade North & West team in Videbæk, Denmark. The role focuses on technical reviews, documentation, and coordinating resources including technicians, materials and tools for wind turbine projects.

The position requires fluency in English and Danish, plus experience in wind industry operations, on-site work, and project supervision. Travel is limited and on-site presence is expected in Denmark.

Qualifications

• Experience in wind industry technologies and projects.
• Proficiency in IT and planning tools for data handling and scheduling.
• Fluency in English and Danish is required.
• Experience from blade-related production or after-sales on-site work.
• Experience supervising small development projects or as a project manager.
• Experience with office tasks and administrative support.
• Experience using SAP and Salesforce for processes.

Responsibilities

• Technical review of planned and unplanned work before work orders are released to technicians.
• Create accurate technical documentation and work instructions for technicians.
• Define resources needed including technicians, materials and tools.
• Monitor inventory and material availability.
• Provide technical guidance to staff and technicians.
• Perform general office tasks and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prioritize open work orders within company guidelines.
