Job summary

Vestas is seeking an Installation Supervisor to manage on-site installation activities for onshore wind projects in Denmark or Poland. You will lead daily site operations, ensure safety, quality, and timely completion, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to adapt to changing project scopes.

The role involves significant hands-on leadership, a solid technical background, and proficiency with IT tools like SAP, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office. Travel up to 180 days/year is expected.

Qualifications

• Solid technical foundation in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Strong safety knowledge and HSE compliance.
• Experience maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Proficient with IT tools (SharePoint/Outlook/Microsoft Office/SAP).
