Job summary

Vestas is seeking an Offshore Traveling Service Technician to join the Global Offshore team. You will work in a multi-disciplinary setting on WTGs, performing maintenance, upgrades, and component exchanges while coordinating with project managers and supervisors.

The role requires offshore readiness, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and at least 5 years of relevant experience. A valid driving license and fluent English are essential; residency in Denmark is required with global travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with electrical or mechanical systems.
• Experience with wind turbine technology is beneficial.
• Offshore or HV environments experience is advantageous.
• Focus on safety and collaborative work style is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe work practices in line with HSE requirements.
• Perform PPE checks and log monthly sheets.
• Maintain daily communication with Service Managers and Project Managers.
• Identify, register, and coordinate deviations.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems and diagnose faults.
• Record time and material consumption in Vestas systems.
• Carry out maintenance, repair, and replacement of turbine components.
