Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the aviation industry, including a senior aviation specialist role.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, training and safety management activities.
• Experience leading or participating in aviation-related audits (10+).
• Knowledge of offshore helicopter operations and offshore aviation environment is essential.
• Strong understanding of aviation safety, regulatory compliance and operational best practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English, written and spoken, with strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior aviation subject matter expert for offshore logistics operations across installation and service activities.
• Provide technical knowledge during selection, contracting, audit, and QA of helicopter and drone service providers.
• Support site management, blade service teams, and aviation partners by coordinating helicopters and drones logistics.
• Develop, review, and maintain aviation safety, operational and regulatory compliance procedures.
• Collaborate with industry bodies and regulatory authorities to improve offshore wind aviation operations.
• Serve as a key member of Offshore Engineering and Aviation team, providing specialist knowledge on helicopter and drone operations.
• Establish, monitor, and report aviation performance metrics and KPIs across Global Offshore operations.
