Job summary

KK Group A/S is seeking an Associate Key Account Manager (Service Sales) to support the growth of KK Group's Service business across our wind portfolio. You will identify customer needs, prepare offers, and nurture ongoing relationships with both existing and new customers, with a focus on field technician projects and service solutions.

You will collaborate with colleagues across Service Sales and Operations to finalize quotations, participate in customer meetings and technical discussions, and

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, technical support, customer service or a similar customer-facing role.
• Educational background in Engineering, Technology or Business.
• Interest in technical solutions; wind industry knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with CRM is advantageous.
• Ability to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of relationships with existing and new customers.
• Assist in managing customer inquiries and project opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on opportunities with Service Sales and Operations.
• Contribute to customer meetings and technical discussions to understand customer needs.
• Help identify opportunities for additional services and solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in CRM and support forecasting.
