Qualifications

• Technical education with commercial understanding or commercial experience with technical know-how.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing position, customer service, technical support or sales.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
• Very good verbal and written English communication skills. Danish, Dutch, or Flemish would be nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Process technical inquiries professionally and ensure satisfied customers.
• Issue Management: Resolve customer issues and maintain good relationships.
• Provide first‑line support and act as the primary interface for technical issues.
• Contract Management: Support for end‑of‑warranty and service contract tasks.
• Operational Leadership: Lead technical customer meetings and technical escalations.
• Collaboration: Communicate effectively with all departments and identify aftermarket opportunities.
