Job summary

Siemens Gamesa, part of Siemens Energy, invites students in Denmark to join the Innovation Group in Aalborg. You will contribute to software development for wind power innovations, assist in prototype testing, and work closely with senior engineers in a hands-on shop environment.

Role focuses on data collection, sensor integration, and maintaining trial logs while supporting safety and EHS guidelines. A Danish university enrolment is required and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field at a Danish university.
• Basic programming in Python, C++, or MATLAB.
• Proficient in MS Office for data entry and verification.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a team.
• Professional English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain small-scale software applications for innovation projects.
• Write code for data collection and sensor integration in prototype setups.
• Provide hands-on workshop support and coordinate test materials logistics.
• Input and maintain engineering data and trial logs in internal systems.
• Prepare technical presentations and reports to communicate contributions.
