Job summary

Specsavers in Denmark, with a Nordhavn office, is looking for a Web Performance Specialist to own website analytics, measure performance, and translate data into actions across five Northern European markets.

You will collaborate with the Employer & Clinical Branding team and the Web Experience Specialist to optimise career sites, apply SEO and CRO, and set KPI-driven priorities that boost engagement and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Own website tracking, analytics and performance measurement across our digital ecosystem, ensuring reliable and actionable data.
• Analyze website performance and user behaviour, translating insights into recommendations and set KPI’s that improve engagement and conversion.
• Drive and lead the discoverability of our web sites in accordance with our funnel strategy, using SEO, generative engine optimisation and close collaboration with both strategic and tactical efforts across stakeholders
• Support the operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of websites, including troubleshooting issues and coordinating fixes with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate the operation and maintenance of our clinical community website in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Web Experience Specialist and wider team on website projects, platform enhancements and performance improvements.
• Collaborate efficiently with developers and technical partners, explaining business needs clearly and understanding technical possibilities, dependencies and limitations.
