Performativ Aps in the United Kingdom is seeking an Engagement and Program Manager to lead rollout of our SaaS platform for our largest customers, onboarding them through structured delivery and clear communication.

You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering and customer success, managing scope, risks, and governance; this is a remote role with travel 40% to customer sites and our head office in Copenhagen.

Formación

• This role requires 7+ years in program or engagement management or related field.
• Experience in wealth management, private banking, or asset management is preferred.
• Ability to manage scope and timelines firmly while maintaining relationships.
• Strong written plans, governance cadences, and actionable reporting.
• Experience with API-based integrations, SSO, security configuration, and data migration.
• Ability to understand business domain topics quickly and discuss them with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Own enterprise set-up programs end to end (kick-off through go-live and hyper-care).
• Interrogate customer requirements and map them to platform capabilities.
• Enable customers to integrate via APIs, SSO, and configuration with minimal custom work.
• Own plan, scope, change control, and visible decision-making within contracts.
• Run customer communication cadences and governance with risk and issue tracking.
• Lead a clean handover to Customer Success at go-live or hyper-care exit.
• Represent the program in internal reviews and propose options when needed.
• Build repeatable playbooks, documentation, and artefacts for faster future programs.
