Job summary

DTU Sustain at DTU Lyngby Campus invites applications for a Project Manager to lead and develop wastewater treatment, water reuse, and resource recovery projects. You will work within the Water Technology and Processes section of the Department of Environmental and Resource Engineering.

The role blends technical project work with coordination, stakeholder engagement, experimental planning, and technology development.

Qualifications

• PhD in environmental or chemical engineering is required.
• Experience with wastewater treatment and resource recovery is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate projects and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating projects within wastewater treatment, water reuse, and resource recovery
• Planning projects, tracking progress, and coordinating technical activities
• Communicating project status, risks, and outcomes clearly
• Collaborating with DTU colleagues, industrial partners, utilities, municipalities, technology providers, and public stakeholders
