Qualifications

• Tender management experience
• Ability to coordinate cross-disciplinary teams
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Fluency in Danish and Norwegian is required, English also expected

Responsabilités

• Drive and coordinate bid processes end-to-end and ensure timely submission
• Write technical and non-technical descriptions of the tender with input from others
• Collect and structure technical, commercial, and process inputs into a unified proposal
• Develop winning strategies in collaboration with colleagues
• Plan and manage schedules, resources, and milestones throughout the bid process
• Ensure high quality and compliance with Veolia’s standards in all bid materials
