Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH in Copenhagen seeks a Project Manager to lead customer projects involving decanter, evaporation, and combined wastewater technologies. You will coordinate internal teams and external vendors, ensuring on-schedule delivery and compliance with safety/quality standards.

The role requires strong communication, cross-functional leadership, and a track record of managing diverse external stakeholders. Hybrid work is offered with travel ~10–20 days/year.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management across multiple technologies.
• Experience managing customers, external stakeholders, vendors and subcontractors.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage external projects involving decanter, evaporation and combined technology for industrial and municipal wastewater.
• Develop project plans tailored to decanter, evaporation and combined technology projects.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors/subcontractors for timely delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs as needed.
• Oversee installation and ensure safety, quality and performance standards.
• Maintain project documentation including specs and drawings.
