Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer projects, including decanter and evaporation systems, with a focus on industrial and municipal wastewater technologies. You will coordinate stakeholders, vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Hybrid role based in Copenhagen with around 10–20 travel days annually. Requires 5+ years in project management and a degree in chemical or mechanical engineering; PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management overseeing customer projects.
• Experience managing customers, external stakeholders, vendors and subcontractors; certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a wide range of external projects, including decanter and evaporation systems and combined technologies for industrial and municipal wastewater.
• Develop project plans tailored to project requirements and coordinate with stakeholders for timely execution.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery across diverse projects.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee installation and ensure safety and quality standards; maintain project documentation.
