Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Kalundborg is seeking a Technical Supporter to ensure Wash & Sterilisation equipment operates reliably. You will deliver daily technical support, troubleshoot issues, and drive changes and validation activities in a regulated production setting.

A technical or scientific degree and fluent Danish and English are required. Knowledge of SAP, PLC and SCADA is an advantage, and GMP experience or experience in a highly regulated environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical or scientific field.
• Fluent Danish and English, verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of optimizing automated processes and a structured approach to solving technical problems, preferably in pharma.
• GMP experience or experience from a highly regulated environment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SAP, PLC and SCADA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for ensuring Wash & Sterilisation equipment operates as required and supports reliable production.
• Provide and coordinate daily technical support for skilled workers and production operators.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues during shutdowns and breakdowns and drive systematic problem-solving with colleagues.
• Support capacity expansion and contribute to systematic technical problem-solving.
• Create and drive change requests and validation activities from problem identification to completion.
• Communicate daily with stakeholders and coordinate technical activities while managing multiple tasks.
