Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S at the Måløv site seeks an Advanced Process Supporter to keep the tablet packaging line running smoothly and in GMP compliance. You’ll assist operators with process issues and contribute to line improvements to ensure high-quality tablets reach people globally on time.

The role requires hands-on manufacturing experience, ownership mindset, and fluency in Danish and English. You will join a team supporting packaging operations with structured problem solving and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in a GMP-regulated or other regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills for handling complex production challenges.
• Structured working approach with follow-up until issues are closed.
• Willingness to take ownership in hands-on production role.

Responsibilities

• Support the packaging line day to day to keep production stable and compliant.
• Provide daily process support including technical guidance and training within production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-, operator-, and quality-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to GMP requirements and approved procedures.
• Handle deviations, change requests and other quality activities with root-cause analysis.
• Identify and lead small improvement initiatives to strengthen performance.
