Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Kalundborg seeks an Adv Utilities Professional to operate, maintain and optimise critical utility systems to support GMP-compliant production. You will own daily operation, maintenance and development of HVAC, steam, air systems and associated monitoring via BMS, FMS and CTS while coordinating with a broad network of stakeholders.

The role requires an engineering degree or similar, hands-on experience with utility systems, GMP-regulated documentation, strong written communication

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or similar technical education with ability to document technically.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, cooling, heating, steam, compressed air or vacuum systems and with BMS, FMS and CTS.
• Experience with GMP-regulated documentation, quality, validation or technical support.
• Strong written communication and ability to structure documents for practical use.
• Working knowledge of GMP and ISO 9001 and CE marking as applied to daily tasks.
• Good collaboration across a broad stakeholder network.
• Experience with problem solving approaches such as KATA and A3; water systems and validation experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and optimise utility systems to minimise unplanned stops.
• Utilise and develop FMS, CTS and BMS for monitoring and room conditions.
• Maintain GMP compliance through validation, risk assessments, changes and quality indicators.
• Create and review SOPs, service cards and validation documents; train colleagues.
• Present area in audits and handle urgent utility issues with escalation when needed.
• Lead and support structured problem solving and improvement projects; plan tasks.
