Novo Nordisk A/S Gentofte is seeking a CMMS and Spare Parts Management Lead to centralise and strengthen our CMMS and spare parts processes. You will connect systems, master data, processes and people to improve reliability and production daily.

You bring hands-on SAP PM and MM expertise, with the ability to implement and configure SAP PM/MM, and you will drive structure and collaboration across diverse stakeholders in a GMP environment.

Help build a stronger and more consistent approach to maintenance at Site Gentofte. As CMMS & Spare Parts Management Lead, you will help centralise and strengthen our computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) and spare parts management, supporting implementation of the Novo Nordisk Reliability and Maintenance blueprint. By connecting systems, master data, processes and people, you will help make maintenance activities more reliable and create practical improvements for daily production.

What you'll bring

You bring hands‑on expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Materials Management (MM), combined with an understanding of how maintenance systems and reliable master data support production. Just as importantly, you can turn complex requirements into clear ways of working and bring stakeholders with you.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Proven experience in setting up, configuring and implementing SAP PM and SAP MM.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP PM and SAP MM and how they support maintenance and spare parts processes.
• At least two years of experience with reliability and maintenance of production equipment in a regulated environment.
• Experience with spare parts management, maintenance master data, task lists and related processes.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to collaborate across different functions.
• The ability to structure your own work, drive several initiatives in parallel and communicate fluently in English.

What you'll do

Your focus will be on creating robust and consistent processes that work in practice. You will:

• Drive implementation and continuous improvement of CMMS and spare parts management processes in line with the Novo Nordisk Reliability and Maintenance blueprint.
• Support CMMS super users and colleagues responsible for spare parts management in establishing consistent ways of working.
• Act as a subject matter expert and facilitator for CMMS and spare parts management.
• Manage and improve master data for spare parts, maintenance schedules and equipment, working with stakeholders to maintain the required inputs.
• Work with production departments to support a seamless flow of maintenance activities and data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Understand operational needs across production and translate them into improvements that create value in day-to-day work.

Who you'll work with

You will join cGMP & Operations Support within Production Support at Site Gentofte. Production Support is a technical department of approximately 100 employees responsible for critical utilities and technical support for projects and operations.

Your immediate team has 15 colleagues with diverse educational backgrounds. One part of the team supports operations within CMMS and spare parts management across Site Gentofte, while another provides GMP support for utilities and quality processes across Production Support.

As CMMS and spare parts management are being centralised in the team, you will work closely with colleagues across production, maintenance execution and other support functions. You will join an environment with experienced colleagues where knowledge sharing and collaboration are part of everyday work.

The role combines development of maintenance capabilities with a close connection to daily production, giving you exposure to a broad stakeholder landscape across Site Gentofte.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 570,200 to 838,100DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate's skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
