Job summary

Starwood Hotels Copenhagen is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations across outlets, ensure guest experiences meet luxury standards, and support both the team and management.

You will oversee service flow, delegate tasks, coordinate events, and uphold health and safety standards in a dynamic 24-hour operation.

About you…

• Experience with assisting management to lead day-to-day department operations of all F&B outlets including restaurant, bar, banquet and IRD.
• Experience within a luxury hotel is a desirable asset.
• Skilled in providing professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Experience with overseeing waiters' opening and closing duties, ensuring all tasks are completed according to company standards
• Proven ability to delegate tasks effectively, providing support to both staff and management.
• Experienced in setting up both front and back-of-house areas of F&B to the highest standards.
• Experience with addressing complaints or service issues with a positive attitude and involving management when needed.
• Familiarity with training new staff, ensuring they meet service expectations and understand departmental procedures.
• Experience assisting with the coordination and execution of special events, ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Ability to keep kitchen staff informed about special events, ensuring coordination and smooth service.
• Strong knowledge of following health and safety and food hygiene laws to maintain a safe environment.
• Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
