About you ...

• Experience with assisting management to lead day-to-day department operations of all F&B outlets including restaurant , bar , banquet and IRD.
• Experience within a luxury hotel is a desirable asset.
• Skilled in providing professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction .
• Experience with overseeing waiters' opening and closing duties, ensuring all tasks are completed according to company standards
• Proven ability to delegate tasks effectively, providing support to both staff and management .
• Experienced in setting up both front and back-of-house areas of F&B to the highest standards .
• Experience with addressing complaints or service issues with a positive attitude and involving management when needed .
• Familiarity with training new staff , ensuring they meet service expectations and understand departmental procedures .
• Experience assisting with the coordination and execution of special events , ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Ability to keep kitchen staff informed about special events , ensuring coordination and smooth service .
• Strong knowledge of following health and safety and food hygiene laws to maintain a safe environment .
• Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
