Qualifications

• Degree in a life sciences discipline; Masters/PhD/MD/PharmD or equivalent.
• Extensive senior leadership experience in clinical operations in pharma/biopharma industry.
• Proven ability to lead large, international organizations across matrix structures and geographies.

• Lead regional trial operations EUCAN to deliver Novo's clinical trial portfolio with speed, quality and performance discipline.
• Translate corporate strategy into regional execution and scalable operating model for future growth.
