Job summary

Novo Nordisk seeks a Senior Clinical Supply Manager to lead global clinical supply strategies across trials, ensuring delivery from study start-up to close-out. You will partner with cross-functional teams, CROs, CMOs, and regulatory groups to drive delivery excellence and risk mitigation.

The role requires an MSc in Pharmacy or related field, strong trial supply experience, and proven stakeholder management in pharma or biotech.

Qualifications

• Master-level degree in pharmacy or related field and proven clinical trial supply experience.
• Global trial experience across multiple phases from start-up to close-out.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, GMP/GDP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute robust clinical supply strategies across global trials.
• Act as Clinical Supplies representative in trial teams and key supply decisions.
• Monitor trial performance, supply KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage external partners (CROs/CMOs) ensuring quality and collaboration.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation actions to maintain uninterrupted supply.
