Job summary

You will perform PI or Sub-Investigator duties, coordinate with international teams and ensure participant safety while driving continuous improvement and IT system development.

Qualifications

• MD degree with solid clinical experience.
• Experience as Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator; early-phase trials experience helpful.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to manage acute medical emergencies.
• Strong collaboration and presentation skills in an international setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct clinical trials, including protocol review, trial execution, medical oversight and informal leadership of trial teams.
• Act as Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator, ensuring participant safety, trial conduct and data integrity.
• Carry out screening visits (in-house, overnight, ambulatory); shift work may be required.
• Provide medical and scientific expertise to stakeholders and train colleagues.
• Drive risk assessments, manage protocol deviations and quality processes.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and IT system development.
