Alstom in Copenhagen seeks a PMO Coordinator to support governance, project documentation, and cross-team communication. You will coordinate PMO reporting cycles, maintain project repositories, and help ensure PMO standards are followed across projects.
You'll work with Project Managers, Engineers and Finance teams, tracking milestones and preparing progress reports. Strong organization, detail-orientation and English communication are essential for success in this international assignment.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the success of our projects by supporting governance processes, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating communication across teams. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, Engineers and Finance teams), track project milestones, and ensure compliance with PMO standards, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of coordinating PMO reporting cycles and maintaining project repositories, but also support project governance processes and tools.
