Job summary

VivaVibe Productions in Vejle is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple projects within our studio. You will plan, organize, budget and execute projects to ensure on-time delivery, adherence to budgets, and high-quality results.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met and deliverables are achieved, while monitoring progress and providing regular reports to upper management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in a similar industry
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Budgeting and resource allocation proficiency

As a Project Manager in our Vejle office you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within our company Your main duties will include planning organizing budgeting and executing projects to ensure they are completed on time within budget and meet quality standards You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met and deliverables are achieved Additionally you will be responsible for monitoring project progress and providing regular reports to upper management

To excel in this role you should have at least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in a similar industry A strong understanding of project management methodologies and techniques is essential You should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate project teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Plan organize execute and monitor projects from start to finish
• Develop project timelines budgets and resource allocation plans
• Communicate project objectives timelines and deliverables to team members and stakeholders
• Provide guidance and support to project team members to ensure successful completion of tasks
• Identify potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines or budgets

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or other relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in a similar industry
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex information
• Proficient in budgeting and resource allocation
