Job summary

Alstom in Copenhagen is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technical Support Engineer to evolve maintenance strategies, improve reliability, and support advanced diagnostic tools.

You will work with Operations, Sourcing, and Industrial teams to optimize plans, integrate data from operations, and contribute to train technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree and knowledge of maintenance planning, RCM, and safety and obsolescence management.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience or understanding of train technology and maintenance operations.
  • Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).
  • Familiarity with technical documentation management and maintenance planning.
  • Strong analytical skills to optimize maintenance processes.
  • Proactive approach to safety and obsolescence management.

  • Assist in implementing advanced diagnostic tools such as trainscanner functionalities.

As a Services Engineer, you will play a crucial role in evolving our maintenance strategies to enhance the reliability and performance of our systems. You will work closely with diverse teams across the business (Operations, Sourcing, Industrial), optimizing maintenance plans, and much more.

Your responsibilities will include integrating data from operations to improve our services and assisting in the implementation of advanced diagnostic tools such as trainscanner functionalities.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Active participation in the Services Engineering network
  • Innovation through R&D programs and new technologies in maintenance project (IT train, Simulator, HealthHub)
  • Analysis of data from Operations to perform experience-based train improvements and Optimize maintenance tasks.
  • Support in developing work instructions and processes from maintenance plans and manuals.
  • Efficient parts codification in accordance with Platform rules, configuration and quality standards
  • Implementation of product modifications and manage configuration to enhance reliability and serviceability
  • Active Help desk support to ensure smooth traffic operation
About You
