Job summary

Lagkagehuset is seeking a Group Business Controller based in Copenhagen with primary focus on the UK. You will join Group Finance, own UK P&L, and drive reporting consistency across Denmark and the UK.

You will modernise reporting with automation and AI to deliver faster, reliable insights. Based at our group office in Copenhagen, you will coordinate with UK Operations and store teams, guide budgets, forecasts and monthly reviews, and contribute to scalable financial processes.

Qualifications

• Finance or business degree required.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis and management reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own UK P&L as Group Finance business partner.
• Lead UK monthly reporting and variance analysis.
• Shape budgets and forecasts; support commercial business cases.
• Support month-end closing and identify risks and opportunities.
• Advance automation, dashboards and AI-enabled reporting.
