Job summary

LEMAN A/S is seeking a Group Business Controller & BI Analyst to combine hands-on financial controlling with BI development. The role focuses on budgets, forecasts, performance analysis and building Power BI solutions across multiple regions.

You will improve reporting processes and explore automation and AI to enhance Finance. You will report to the Head of Controlling within a global logistics group, collaborating with Finance, IT and business units to shape data-driven decisions and drive

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in controlling or finance analytics.
• Experience with Power BI and SQL.
• Interest in automation, AI and new technology.
• Understanding budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical reporting and BI solutions.
• Strong communication with financial, technical and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial performance analyses.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with local logistics directors.
• Build and develop reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Support group functions with financial analysis and decision making.
• Drive BI solution development and automation initiatives in Finance.
• Act as a link between Finance, IT and the wider business.
