Job summary

DEIF A/S is seeking a Software Quality Engineer to drive UI testing and quality assurance within the UX & Cloud Team. You will design, develop, and execute regression tests for UI and cloud solutions, and build scalable automated test setups to improve reliability and performance.

Collaborating with developers, product managers, and system engineers, you will implement test scripts, integrate tests into CI/CD, and contribute to a robust test infrastructure in an Agile environment with two-week

Qualifications

• Experience with UI testing and software quality assurance, ideally in embedded systems or cloud-based solutions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of ISTQB or TMAP certification, performance testing, or device-level testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and executing regression test cases for UI in our software.
• Implementing automated test scripts to validate UI workflows, usability, and system behaviour.
• Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation of UI functionality.
• Optimising test coverage through risk-based testing approaches and reusable test automation frameworks.
• Ensuring test results are well-documented and reproducible.
• Participating in code reviews, test strategy discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
