Job summary

DEIF A/S in Denmark is seeking a Software Quality Engineer to strengthen our test engineering efforts across embedded software platforms. You will design, develop, and execute a comprehensive regression suite that covers full product workflows, and you will build automated regression tests while supporting targeted manual testing when needed.

You will collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to ensure end-to-end validation, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and

Qualifications

Experience testing embedded software applications.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to details.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute regression test cases for full product workflows.
Implement automated test scripts to verify end-to-end behaviour and system stability.
Integrate automated regression tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
Enhance regression coverage using risk-based testing and reusable automation frameworks.
Participate in code reviews and test strategy discussions to improve product quality.
Continuously improve and optimize the test framework for scalability and efficiency.
Collaborate with Test Developers to design and prepare testing infrastructure for new initiatives.
