Job summary

Tryg is seeking a Text Developer for a 12-month temporary position to design and maintain customer letters, templates, and attachments using Papyrus. You will translate business requirements into structured documents and support quality assurance for letters and templates.

The role involves hybrid work from the office in Ballerup (Denmark) or Malmö (Sweden) with some home-office days, collaborating with stakeholders and learning new tools in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish or Swedish, both spoken and written
• Sufficient English to participate in meetings
• Attention to detail and ability to work with structured processes
• Willingness to learn new tools and document logic
• General IT skills and ability to apply different types of logic in letters

Responsibilities

• Develop templates, attachments and text solutions in Papyrus
• Create simple and more complex customer letters
• Translate marketing and business requirements into structured documents
• Perform unit tests and ensure requirements are met
• Document standards and structures for ongoing maintenance
• Create simple, reusable document structures
• Review and improve customer-facing texts
• Apply different types of logic in letters and templates
