Tryg is seeking a Text Developer for a 12-month temporary position to design and maintain customer letters, templates, and attachments using Papyrus. You will translate business requirements into structured documents and support quality assurance for letters and templates.

Would you like to work with document templates and simple technical solutions? We are looking for a Text Developer for a temporary position lasting 12 months. You will help develop system solutions for customer communication for the Tryg Group.

About the job | Text, templates and document solutions

As a Text Developer, you will develop and maintain system solutions for customer letters, templates and attachments using Papyrus. The role is practical system work and requires attention to detail and quality.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Developing templates, attachments and text solutions in Papyrus
• Creating simple and more complex customer letters
• Translating marketing and business requirements into structured documents
• Performing unit tests and checking that requirements are met
• Documenting standards and structures for ongoing maintenance
• Creating simple and reusable document structures
• Reviewing and improving customer-facing texts
• Applying different types of logic in letters and templates

You will work with colleagues and stakeholders to understand their needs and turn them into practical document solutions. The role is based at our office in either Ballerup or Malmö, with the option to work from home on agreed days.

About you | Language skills and attention to detail

You work carefully and enjoy working with systems and structured processes. You do not need to be a technical specialist, but you should be comfortable learning new tools and working with simple document logic.

You will succeed in this role if you:

• Are fluent in either Danish or Swedish, both spoken and written
• Have sufficient English skills to participate in meetings
• Can assess and improve the clarity of written communication
• Are able to work from our office in either Ballerup or Malmö
• Work in a structured and quality-focused way
• Are curious and willing to learn new tools
• Have general IT skills and can apply different types of logic in letters

Experience with Papyrus, document management, template development or similar text-based system solutions is an advantage, but not a requirement. It is also helpful if you have worked with customer communication or translated business requirements into written content.

You will be supported by experienced colleagues while learning the role and our ways of working.

About us | A Nordic document management team

You will join Document Management & Platforms, a Nordic department with 16 colleagues based in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. We work across locations and divide our time between the office and home.

You will be part of a text development group with three colleagues who will help you get started and support you in your daily work. Together, we develop and maintain simple, reusable document solutions with a focus on quality and clear customer communication.
