Job summary

Semco Maritime is seeking a highly organized Tender Manager to drive the complete tender lifecycle for offshore wind and related renewables opportunities. You will lead qualification, strategy, proposal development, negotiations, and handover to project delivery.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and HSEQ to craft compliant, customer-focused solutions and governance-driven submissions, travelling for meetings and site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in tender or bid management, preferably in offshore wind, renewables, maritime, or technical services.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary tenders with multiple internal/external stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of tender governance, cost estimation, pricing, and contractual risk.
• Excellent written English and strong communication, editing, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tender/document management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver assigned tenders with clear ownership and governance.
• Establish tender strategies, plans, timelines, and review gates across the bid team.
• Coordinate contributions from technical, operational, commercial, contractual, procurement, finance, and HSEQ.
• Manage pricing inputs, assumptions, exclusions, compliance, risks, and approvals.
• Prepare and quality assure customer-focused submissions and capture lessons learned.
