Are you a recent graduate looking for an exciting temporary opportunity in the restaurant industry Our restaurant in Horsens is seeking a Temporary Restaurant Manager to join our team As the manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurants operations including managing staff ensuring high-quality service and food and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills a passion for the hospitality industry and a willingness to learn and grow

The salary for this position is $1000 per month

As the Temporary Restaurant Manager your duties will include but are not limited to

• Hiring training and managing staff members to ensure they provide top-notch service to our customers
• Creating schedules for staff members that meet the needs of the restaurant while adhering to labor laws and budget constraints
• Ensuring all food and beverage items meet our high-quality standards and are served in a timely manner
• Overseeing inventory management to ensure adequate supplies are on hand at all times
• Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and addressing any issues or concerns promptly
• Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant by regularly conducting inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Collaborating with other managers to create promotions or special events that will attract new customers and increase revenue
• Handling cash management tasks such as making bank deposits reconciling cash drawers and preparing financial reports

To be successful in this role you should have

• A degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Previous experience working in a restaurant environment preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Excellent communication skills with both customers and staff members
• A positive attitude with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
