Job summary

MyDefence A/S in Denmark is seeking a Technical Recruitment Specialist to partner with our R&D teams, translating needs into precise profiles and hiring plans. You will own end-to-end recruitment across R&D and related areas, build pipelines and screen candidates while contributing to scalable onboarding for new colleagues.

Fluency in English is required; Danish is a bonus. We value technical curiosity, partnership, and proactive, structured work across cultures.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of engineering and technology is preferred.
• Experience with recruitment, TA processes, and candidate assessment.
• Familiar with direct outreach, networking and building pipelines.
• Proficient with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract and hire technical talent for R&D and other areas.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs and define profiles.
• Own end-to-end recruitment processes from intake to offer.
• Develop and manage technical talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Support onboarding and collaboration with People Experience teams.
