Formalize ApS is seeking a student assistant for a Technical Solutions Representative role in Aarhus. The position is part-time (15–20 hours/week) in the Customer Success team, with hands-on exposure to the Formalize platform and client implementations.

You will help migrate data, configure solutions, and support customers while learning our governance framework in a fast-growing European environment.

Qualifications

• Must be organized with strong attention to detail.
• Shows genuine interest in the compliance field.
• Currently studying in a business-related area and available 15–20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Formalize platform and regulatory frameworks (DORA, NIS2).
• Migrate existing customer GRC data into the platform.
• Configure and customize the platform per client needs (new fields, questionnaires, flows).
• Build and implement customer solutions within governance.
