Job summary

Maersk Training in Denmark is seeking a Student Assistant to support customer success activities, course coordination, and a range of administrative tasks. Qualifications

• Comfortable communicating in English both in writing and speaking.
• Familiar with the MS Office package.

Responsibilities

• Delivering excellent customer experience, both in person and through phone and email communication.
• Managing various practical tasks in our reception area.
• Coordinating and booking participants for training courses and hotel accommodation.
• Collaborating with course administration and customer service teams on a global level.
• Supporting the business with a variety of ad hoc administrative tasks.
