Job summary

HydraSpecma is seeking a Technical Manager to lead the Lubrication, R&D and Test functions from Skjern, Denmark. You will combine people leadership with hands-on technical development to ensure the team delivers current customer projects and future solutions.

You will shape the roadmap, stay close to customers, and work with stakeholders to define the R&D roadmap for cooling and lubrication, while supporting budgets and collaborations with universities.
