Responsibilities

• Lead Lubrication, R&D and Test teams and manage line responsibilities within Customer Engineering.
• Shape the R&D roadmap for cooling and lubrication, aligned with customer needs.
• Collaborate with Customer Engineering, Global Procurement, Operations and colleagues across Technology to keep solutions technically strong and commercially competitive.
• Contribute to department budgets, investment cases and external collaborations when new knowledge or capabilities are required.
