HydraSpecma seeks a Technical Manager to lead Lubrication, R&D and Test, ensuring competencies and capacity for today’s projects and tomorrow’s solutions.

You will shape roadmaps, stay close to customers, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver technically strong and commercially competitive results. Based in Skjern, Denmark, report to Head of Technology and influence testing and development directions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineers or technical specialists.
• Proven ability to define and drive technical strategy.
• Strong people management and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lubrication, R&D and Test teams to deliver projects.
• Develop roadmaps and ensure capacity and competencies.
• Maintain close dialogue with customers and key accounts.
