COWI in Denmark is seeking a Technical Lead to take technical responsibility for substation automation and communication systems in HV projects. You will lead delivery, coordinate specialist contributions, and ensure alignment with project requirements.

You bring a degree in electrical engineering and 5+ years in HV automation, plus strong Danish and English skills and the ability to obtain security clearance for on-site roles. Travel within Denmark is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent with 5+ years in HV substation automation.
• Solid understanding of substation automation systems, control and monitoring.
• Experience coordinating technical work packages and interfaces.
• Ability to assess technical solutions and manage dependencies.
• Proficient Danish and English, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate the technical delivery of substation automation and communication systems.
• Plan and follow up on engineering activities, technical deliverables and milestones within your scope.
• Coordinate specialist contributions and ensure consistency across technical work packages.
• Ensure that technical solutions and documentation comply with project requirements, customer specifications and applicable standards.
• Manage technical interfaces between automation, communication systems, protection systems, primary equipment and auxiliary systems.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in collaboration with specialists and other engineering disciplines.
• Participate in project meetings and advise the project manager on technical matters, dependencies and risks within your area of responsibility.
• Coordinate technical activities with customers, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
