Job summary

SummitLogic in Herning, Denmark is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and ensure client systems run smoothly on a contract basis. You will troubleshoot, install, and maintain computer systems and networks, and help users with software issues.

The role requires strong problem-solving, good communication in English (Danish a plus), and the ability to work independently or in a team. Flexible hours and a competitive salary are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role or strong passion for technology.
• Working knowledge of computer systems, networks, and hardware components.
• Familiarity with common software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and antivirus programs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• English communication skills (Danish is a plus).
• Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, hardware, and software
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by users
• Perform regular maintenance on systems to ensure optimal performance
• Train users on new software or hardware as needed
• Keep track of all support requests and document solutions for future reference
