Job summary

SmartConnect Qatar is seeking a Part-Time Computer Support Specialist in Horsens, Denmark. You will provide technical assistance to clients, troubleshoot hardware, software, and networks, and educate users on basic computer use. The role expects independent work and good English/Danish communication.

Candidates should be familiar with Windows and Mac OS, install systems and peripherals, and document all support activities clearly. A valid Danish work visa is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with various software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and antivirus programs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Danish preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have a valid work visa for Denmark.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and efficient technical support to clients via phone, email or in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Install and configure computer systems, applications and peripherals.
