Job summary

MASCOT INTERNATIONAL A/S in Denmark is seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to identify and engage top candidates across Europe. You will build strong pipelines, pre-screen candidates, and partner with TA Partners and Hiring Leaders to align sourcing with business needs.

This role requires fluency in Danish, English, and German, plus a collaborative mindset and hands-on experience with ATS (SuccessFactors a plus) and modern sourcing tools.

Qualifications

• Solid proven experience in talent sourcing and maybe recruitment, preferably in an international setting.
• Fluency in Danish, English and German. Any additional language would be an asset.
• Strong track record in identifying and engaging passive candidates across different functions and seniority levels.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques — including Boolean search, talent mapping, and CRM/database management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience with applicant tracking systems (experience with SuccessFactors is a plus).
• A collaborative mindset, curiosity, and a drive to deliver high‑quality results.
• A bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field — or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Identifying top talent: Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networks, and advanced search techniques.
• Building strong pipelines: Cultivate relationships with passive candidates to develop short- and long-term pipelines for key functions.
• Partnering strategically: Collaborate closely with TA Partners and Hiring Leaders to align sourcing strategies with business needs.
• Pre-screening candidates: Conduct initial screening calls for selected roles to evaluate experience, skills, and fit before moving forward in the process.
• Delivering market insights: Share relevant data on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to inform strategy.
• Driving performance: Show entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, and initiative in helping us reach ambitious hiring targets.
