Job summary

Mascot in Denmark seeks a skilled talent sourcer to identify and engage exceptional candidates across functions. You will build proactive pipelines and partner with hiring leaders to align sourcing with business needs.

You bring fluency in Danish, English and German, strong passive candidate engagement, and hands-on ATS experience (SuccessFactors a plus). The role offers a collaborative culture, pension, health insurance, and on-site facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent sourcing and recruitment in international settings.
• Fluency in Danish, English and German.
• Proven track record engaging passive candidates across functions and seniority.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools including Boolean search and talent mapping.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, networks and advanced search.
• Build strong candidate pipelines for short- and long-term needs.
• Partner with TA Partners and Hiring Leaders to align sourcing strategy.
• Pre-screen candidates to assess experience, skills, and fit.
• Provide market insights on hiring trends and salary benchmarks.
• Drive performance with an entrepreneurial spirit to hit targets.
