Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Talent to lead the digital products and experiences that attract, hire and develop talent. Based in Billund or Copenhagen, you will define product strategy and partner with People, Engineering and business leaders to create simpler, data-informed experiences for candidates and colleagues.

This is an individual contributor Director-level role with scope to influence strategy and investment across a complex talent domain.

Qualifications

• Proven track record defining product direction within talent or HR domains.
• Experience shaping roadmaps and balancing user needs with business value.
• Experience moving products beyond incremental improvements using AI where appropriate.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive talent product strategy and long-term direction.
• Turn strategy into execution across the product roadmap.
• Translate business priorities into product opportunities delivering measurable value.
• Collaborate with People, Engineering and business leaders to deliver data-informed experiences.
• Influence senior stakeholders and align priorities without direct authority.
• Use research and data to define success measures.
