Job summary

The LEGO Group's Creative Play Lab seeks a Senior Programme Manager to lead end-to-end technology enablement programmes, spanning AI upskilling, tooling adoption and cross-functional delivery across product, engineering and operations.

Based in Billund, Denmark, the role collaborates with London, Singapore and Boston hubs, with travel to LEGO sites. You will translate strategic tech initiatives into concrete delivery plans and manage risk, vendors and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Extensive programme or project management experience delivering complex, multi-year tech enablement or digital transformation programmes.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into structured delivery plans for non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI, ML or emerging tech and their business applications; AI adoption experience is a plus.
• Experience at tech/consumer product intersection; hardware toys or physical goods desirable.
• Proven change management including upskilling, comms and capability building initiatives.
• Strong vendor/partner management with budget and cost control accountability.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery; PMP/PRINCE2/MSP cert required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-year technology enablement programmes.
• Create structured delivery plans with roadmaps, milestones and risk registers.
• Drive adoption of new tech and tools through change management and training.
• Coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders across labs.
• Governance, reporting cadences, and risk mitigation per policies.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
• Define and report programme success metrics and insights to leadership.
• Mentor junior team members and foster capability building.
