Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark, seeks a Senior Programme Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology enablement programmes for the Creative Play Lab. You will collaborate with product, engineering, mission capabilities and operations to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and AI tooling in workflows.

Based in Billund with London, Singapore and Boston hubs, the role requires a hybrid approach and periodic travel; a minimum of 3 days per week in the office is expected

Qualifications

• Significant programme or project management experience delivering complex, multi-year technology enablement or innovation programmes.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into structured delivery plans and tangible business outcomes.
• Experience with AI or technology adoption programmes; knowledge of consumer products or hardware is a plus.
• Proven change management, upskilling, and communications capability to embed new tools and ways of working.
• Strong vendor/partner management with budget and cost control accountability.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end delivery of multi-year technology enablement programmes within the Lab, spanning product innovation and internal workflow improvements.
• Operates governance structures, manages risks and ensures delivery quality, scope, and timelines.
• Drives adoption through change management, training and capability building across the organisation.
• Interfaces between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives and manage dependencies.
• Mentors junior team members and contributes to capability building within the Creative Play Lab.
