Job summary

LEGO Gruppe in Billund, Denmark, is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead end-to-end technology enablement programmes for the Creative Play Lab. Qualifications

• Significant programme or project management experience delivering complex, multi-year technology enablement or innovation programmes.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and translate strategic objectives into delivery plans.
• Experience with AI or emerging tech adoption programmes and cross-functional hardware/software contexts.
• Proven change management experience including upskilling, comms and capability building.
• Strong vendor/partner management with budget and delivery accountability.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery; PMI/PRINCE2/MSP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end delivery of technology enablement programmes within the Creative Play Lab across product, engineering and operations.
• Operates governance, roadmaps, milestones, risk registers and status visibility to CPL LT.
• Drives adoption of new tooling and workflows, including training and change management.
• Interfaces between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives and priorities.
• Manages external vendors and partners, ensuring delivery quality and cost control.
• Tracks programme success metrics and surfaces insights for adjustments.
• Mentors junior project team members to build capability within the Lab.
