Job summary

Nobia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team in Aarhus. You will combine hands-on recruitment with close business partnering, working with hiring managers to understand needs and ensure a bias-free, high-quality candidate experience.

As part of our Danish HQ-based team with hybrid work and occasional travel to stores, you will own end-to-end recruitment for our Nordic retail network and contribute to improving recruitment processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience with retail, sales or high-volume recruitment.
• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Build trusted relationships and advise hiring managers.
• Commercial mindset and understanding of the business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Nobia stores.
• Source candidates and engage through proactive search.
• Ensure a strong, unbiased candidate experience.
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes and tools.
