Job summary

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy A/S in Denmark is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Wind Power HR team. You will collaborate with TA Partners, Candidate Experience Partners, and TA Coordinators to attract top talent and support hiring managers in building a capable workforce.

You will leverage data-driven insights, stay current on market trends, and maintain a candidate-focused approach to staffing. Fluency in Danish and English is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition in-house, agency, or RPO environments, or HR with TA interest.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with focus on candidate experience.
• Continuous learner with willingness to upskill.
• Ambitious with a solution-oriented mindset and positive attitude; fluent Danish & English required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key contact point and trusted advisor to hiring leaders, owning the hiring process with TA team.
• Create relationships with hiring managers to plan requirements aligned with workforce planning.
• Provide data-based labour and market insights through regular engagement and historical hiring analysis.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labour market trends, competitor movements and recruiting trends.

Together, you will engage with Hiring Managers and Leaders to identify and attract talented individuals, contributing to our mission of building a more sustainable future. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Act as the key contact point and trusted advisor to hiring leaders, owning the hiring process in partnership with the Candidate Experience Partner (sourcer) and TA Coordinator.
• Establish effective relationships with hiring managers to strategize hiring requirements based on key tasks and outcomes, aligning with Siemens Energy's long-term skills needs and workforce planning.
• Provide data-based labour and competitor market insights through regular customer engagement, ensuring proactive data analysis of historical hiring to advise future hiring strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current labour market trends, competitor movements, and general recruiting trends.

What You Bring

• Prior experience as a Talent Acquisition professional, gained from an in-house, agency, or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment, or experience in HR with a genuine desire to pursue a career in Talent Acquisition would also be considered.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on candidate experience and customer service.
• A continuous learner, always seeking opportunities for improvement and professional upskilling.
• You demonstrate ambition, a solution-oriented mindset, and an optimistic attitude that drives positive outcomes.
• Fluency in both Danish and English is essential in this role.
